Your card details are handled directly by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

- To process your orders and take payment
- To deliver your items and keep you updated on your order
- To handle returns, refunds and support queries
- To keep our store secure and prevent fraud
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
- To send you marketing — only if you've agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time
4. Our legal basis (POPIA)
We process your personal information where:
- It's needed to complete your order and our contract with you

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, unauthorised access or misuse, including secure hosting and encrypted payment handling.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires (for example, tax and accounting records). After that we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
- Be told what information we hold about you and why
- Ask for a copy of it
- Ask us to correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it, where we're not required to keep it
- Object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent

9. Cookies
Our store uses cookies to keep your cart working and to understand how the store is used. You can control or clear cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may not work as well without them.
10. Information stored outside South Africa
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside South Africa. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected to a standard comparable to POPIA.
